Comment Indicators
Comments Field on Document Header¶
In the document header a Comments field is available which indicates whether comments exist for the header of the currently opened document.
By clicking on the Yes/No field value, the Comment Sheet of the document will be opened.
When a comment is added to the document header the value of the field will change from No to Yes.
Comments Field on Document Line¶
In the document line the Comments field is available which indicates whether comments exist for the document line record.
By clicking on the Yes/No field value, the Comment Sheet will be opened for the document line.
When a comment is added for the document line the value of the field will change from No to Yes.
